Ingredients

- 8 2 oz. strips of Halibut Steaks
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup chipotle mayonnaise
- 2 cups green cabbage finely shredded
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 8 lime wedges
- 8 cilantro sprigs
Chipotle Mayo
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. garlic chopped
- 1 Tbsp. canned chipotle Chile in Adobo sauce pureed
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
Pico De Gallo
- 2 cups small roma tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup white onion diced
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. jalapenos finely minced (include seeds)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice fresh squeezed
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (approx. 375° F)

Season World Port Seafood Halibut Steaks as desired.

Warm tortillas on grill or in microwave.

Spoon 1-2 Tbsp. of Chipotle Mayo down center of each tortilla

Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cabbage down center of tortilla over the mayo.

Top cabbage with strip of grilled World Port Seafood Halibut Steak.

Add pico de gallo and fold taco.

Arrange tacos on hot plate to help them retain their heat.
