Description

Discover a lighter, healthier way to “burger better” with these unique seafood burger patties from World Port Seafood. Each burger is made with only wild-caught Alaskan pollock, a high-quality white fish naturally boasting both flavor and nutritional benefits. Each burger patty is made with ground whole pollock fillets that provide the structure and texture you need for a great grilling experience, and is lightly seasoned with a blend that highlights the best flavors of the fish.

Each Alaskan pollock burger patty has been flash frozen and individually vacuum sealed for freshness, safety, and convenience. Frozen patties also make cooking easier - you can thaw the burgers before cooking, or you can cook them straight from frozen!

Pollock is a particularly healthy fish, too, with significantly fat, less cholesterol, and fewer calories than a beef or other red meat burger of the same size. It's naturally high in Omega-3 fatty acids, too. Season them lightly and serve on a tasty bun with greens and your favorite condiments for a change from the usual grilling that everyone will love.

Preparation: KEEP FROZEN AT 0° F OR BELOW UNTIL READY TO COOK. THAWING IS NOT RECOMMENDED, FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN.
*Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully "boneless" product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
GRILL OR BARBECUE: Preheat to 350°F (medium heat). Lightly oil or spray Pollack Burger with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. If thawed cook 3 minutes per side.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat to 400°F. Place frozen burger(s) on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 9 to 10 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 9 minutes. If thawed cook for 7 minutes each side.
PAN-FRY: In lightly oiled pan, cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes each side. If thawed cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Microwave cooking is not recommended.
